The house rules.
The short version of what you agree to when you reserve.
Age
Every guest is 21 or older and shows a valid government-issued photo ID at the door. Without ID we cannot let you in, and we cannot refund the seat.
Reservations
A reservation holds the number of seats you chose for the performance you chose. Each seat is a ticket with its own code. Tickets are for the performance named on them, and the box office can move a reservation to another performance when there is room.
Refunds and changes
Refunds are available up to 7 days before your performance. Inside seven days the seats are yours to keep or pass along; if something has come up, write to us and we will do what we can. Performances cancelled by the production are refunded in full.
Arrival
Doors open 30 minutes before the performance. If you arrive after the first chapter has started we seat you at the next natural break.
The room
The performance happens at and between the tables, and the cast may speak to you. Guests who disrupt the performance or other guests may be asked to leave without a refund. Please drink responsibly; the bar may decline to pour.
Eventbrite purchases
Tickets bought on Eventbrite are subject to Eventbrite's terms and refund policy as shown at purchase.
