What we keep, and why.
This is short, because there is not much.
When you reserve
We keep your name, your email, your phone number if you give one, your city if you give it, the number of seats, the performance, anything you write in the notes, and the fact that you confirmed every guest is 21 or older. We use it to hold your seats, send your tickets, remind you before the performance, and let you in at the door. The producers and the venue's box office can see it. Nobody else can, and it is not sold or shared for advertising.
Emails
If you reserve, you get a confirmation, a reminder two days before, a reminder the day of, and a thank-you after. If you tick the box to hear from us again, you may also get occasional news about the production, and every one of those carries a link to stop them.
On the website
The site counts visits without cookies and without storing your address. A daily hash, the page, the site that sent you, your country, region, city and device type, and which step of the reservation you reached are all that is kept. There are no advertising trackers. The reservation flow uses your browser's memory only while the page is open.
The list
When you ask to hear about the next production we keep your email, your name if you give it, your city and state, and which news you asked for. The city is how the producers decide where the show goes next. Every note we send carries a link that removes you.
Email opens
Our emails carry a small image and tracked links, so we can see whether a reminder was opened and which link was followed. Blocking images in your mail app hides the open; the links still work.
Retention
Reservation records are kept through the run and for ninety days after the last performance for refunds and questions, then removed. Names on the list stay until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write through the question form from the address you reserved with.
Eventbrite
Tickets bought on Eventbrite are handled under Eventbrite's own privacy policy. We receive the guest list for the door.
